A daily excursion to the gateway of the Albanian Alps and to one of the oldest city of Albania. Shkodra is not only a city of art, culture, economy, but it is considered as the heart of the Catholicism in Albania.
Hotel pick-up and drive to Shkodra. This multifaceted city has always played a important role in the history due to its strategic location. Used as military, cultural and commercial post, Shkodra has taken advantage of every ruling period to become the city of tolerances, arts, cultures and modernism. It is also the city of myths and legends.

Visit of the Shkodra fortress which controls the city and is surroundings by the rivers of Drini, Bruna and Kiri
Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Shiroke located on the banks of the Shkodra lake
Promenade along the Pedonalja street also called the Kole Idromeno street
Visit of the Marubi National museum of photography, very-well known for its impressive collection of photos taken over Albania. It hosts approximately 150,000 photos issued from the compilation of the works of three photographers between 1850 and 1940.
Visit of the Cathedral of St Stephen also known as the Great Church. It’s survival history is simply amazing.
Time to leave Shkodra and drop off at the hotel.
